Overlooking Yanzhou—Yan-Appreciation Pavilion

　　On the way of round-hill highway towards Qingyun Temple, uninterrupted pine forests are dramatically wreathed in mist and rustle. There is room at a corner of the highway. Standing over there and overlooking to the east, you can see surging water from the west of the Pearl River, like a jade belt stretching to the east. In the middle is there the sandbar. It is said that in the earlier Song Dynasty, Bao Zheng was an official officer in Duanzhou. He was honest, upright and serious. When he departed Duanzhou, common people, old or young, saw him off, and celebrities gave presents, but he refused and throw away the ink-slab which was the foundation of Yanzhou.
